COVID-19 Update: A Message from the Royal Inn + Suites
Dear Royal Guests:
In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at the Royal Inn + Suites to support you and your travel plans. As the situation around novel coronavirus (also know as COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum reservation flexibility.
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
- Our staff received briefings and have enhanced our operating protocols.
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobby, door handles, fitness centre, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
- We have posted information regarding good respiratory hygiene and proper handwashing techniques.
- We have increased the use of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
Your Reservation Flexibility
We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.
All reservations with a scheduled arrival date up to and including April 30, 2020 that have been made directly with the hotel (by phone, email or on our hotel website) can be cancelled at any time. For bookings made with Expedia, Hotels.com or other external channel, please contact the booking channel directly to discuss cancellation.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will update operational procedures accordingly. We remain committed to your safety and providing an excellent guest experience.
